Conlon Construction delivered a major extension and refurbishment programme at Eccleston Health Centre, significantly increasing the size and capability of the facility to meet the healthcare needs of the local community. The project expanded the building footprint by approximately 400%, creating a modern healthcare environment fit for the future.

The Challenge

The existing facility required substantial expansion and modernisation to support growing healthcare demand. The project needed to integrate new accommodation with the existing building while undertaking significant structural alterations and maintaining a high standard of delivery throughout.
