Commercial Director
Darren leads our estimating function, commercial strategy and framework partnerships, supporting the continued growth of the business across multiple sectors and regions. Since joining Conlon in 2000, Darren has helped strengthen the long-term relationships we have built with clients, consultants and supply chain partners through both framework and direct award projects.

Finance Director
Nadine leads our financial and accounting operations, supporting the long-term stability, resilience and sustainable growth of the business. Since joining Conlon, Nadine has helped strengthen the financial foundations that support continued investment in our people, projects and long-term growth strategy, while maintaining the strong operational and financial discipline and principles that underpin the business today.

Andrew Makinson
Projects Director
Andrew oversees project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect from Conlon. Since joining the business in 2003, Andrew has played an important role in maintaining our collaborative, “getting it right first time” approach across project delivery and operational teams, helping ensure quality, consistency and trusted delivery across every stage of construction.

Lee leads our quantity surveying function and supply chain management, helping ensure projects are commercially robust, efficiently delivered and built on strong working relationships. Since joining Conlon in 2003, Lee has played an important role in maintaining the trusted and collaborative approach we are known for across our projects, partnerships and supply chain.
