Conlon Construction delivered Moor Heights, a new five-storey residential development on Moor Lane, Preston, creating 39 high-quality apartments designed to meet growing demand for modern urban living.

The Challenge

The development required the creation of a high-density residential scheme on a constrained urban site, delivering a mix of apartment types while maximising available space and ensuring a high-quality finish throughout.

Our Solution

Conlon delivered the project from the ground up, beginning with piled foundations and a structural steel frame before completing the external envelope, internal fit-out and all associated services.

The completed development comprises:

• 39 one and two-bedroom apartments
• Duplex apartments and penthouse accommodation
• 487m² of ground floor accommodation
• 2,604m² of residential space across the upper floors
• Dedicated on-site car parking extending to 320m²
• Full mechanical, electrical and utility installations
• External works and landscaping
