Conlon Construction delivered the transformation of the Municipal Buildings extension in Crewe, creating the Technology & Digital Innovation Campus (TADIC) – a modern co-working and flexible workspace designed to support innovation, entrepreneurship and business growth across Cheshire East.
The Challenge
The existing council office accommodation required complete modernisation to support a new generation of businesses and entrepreneurs. The project needed to create flexible, technology-enabled workspace while maximising the value of the existing building.
