Conlon Construction delivered a new postgraduate dentistry centre for the University of Lancashire, combining new-build and refurbishment works to create a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest clinical, teaching and diagnostic technology.

The Challenge

The project required the integration of highly specialist dental equipment, advanced X-ray facilities and complex mechanical and electrical services within a live university environment, demanding exceptional levels of coordination and technical planning.
