Many of our projects are secured through long-term frameworks, repeat partnerships and direct awards, creating opportunities across education, industrial, healthcare, defence, commercial, leisure, heritage and the wider public sector.

BUILDING LASTING VALUE
The strength of our supply chain goes well beyond delivering the construction programme. We actively seek opportunities to work with local and regional businesses, creating economic value in the communities where we build. During 2025, 73% of our supply chain spend was within 30 miles of our projects.
