Work has begun on refurbishing Bowcliffe Hall, a Grade II Listed Building set in 38 acres of grounds in Wetherby near Leeds.
The planned addition of ‘The Blackburn Wing’ in 2014 will create further opportunities for events and exhibition space. The iconic copper and glass structure will appear to be floating in the tree line and will give views through the trees to the parkland beyond.
The 47 week project will include the construction of a new conference and events centre, new residential properties, refurbishment of the cricket pavilion and will include many sustainable technologies. The works are scheduled to be complete in July 2014.
