This project was extremely unique due to the first ever Employment and Skills Plan that was required as part of the Lancaster City Council planning conditions. With the help of CSTEP (Construction, Skills, Training and Education Partnership), Lancaster & Morecambe College and our key suppliers we have exceeded every target given, maximising opportunities for local residents.
