We have just completed a £3.4m car showroom in Stafford for The Swansway Group and are the first construction company to deliver Land Rover’s new car dealership design concept in the UK.
The 36-week programme involved construction of a 2,350 m2 two-storey showroom with a repair/servicing workshop at ground level, first floor offices and back of house facilities.
Sean Conlon, commented:
This is a landmark project for Conlon as it sees us expanding geographically and building on our retail portfolio. The new dealership provides Swansway with the additional space the company needs to expand its Land Rover operation in Stafford while providing a high quality environment in line with both the Land Rover and Swansway brands.
David Smyth, Swansway Director, added:
The new Stafford Land Rover dealership represents a £6 million investment by the company and we needed a contractor that we could rely on to complete the build programme within the required business critical timescale and to exacting standards. We are delighted with the result.
