Work has commenced on a new a private healthcare facility on the former de Havillande air field site, now a growing business park, in the town of Hatfield. The hospital will be for The One Healthcare Group and will be constructed in a two phase process to provide a suite of consulting rooms, treatment and operating rooms, endoscopy suite, 30 single patient en-suite bedrooms, ambulatory care services and imaging suite with MRI. Located close to the A1M junction with the M25 it is anticipated to be a flagship development providing innovative healthcare services to a range of patients in the Hertfordshire locality.
