We are delighted to have been appointed to carry out the second phase of Lancaster University Management School which will include significant refurbishment of the existing LUMS buildings and additional new build facilities. The works will be carried out within the live campus and involve decant and relocation of various departments as the project proceeds.
Commercial Director, Darren Lee said:
This project is particularly rewarding for us as a company as we were previously appointed prior to the Covid-19 pandemic and have been successful in the re-procurement process. We will be focusing on local employment and apprenticeships alongside improving the carbon efficiency of the existing buildings and look forward to enhancing our working relationship with Lancaster University.
