At our recent Business Improvement Day we held interactive sessions to enhance engagement and effectiveness resulting in a positive impact whilst having fun and celebrating employee achievements. We are proud of our employees dedication and motivation to excellence.

This was our first opportunity to celebrate our successful transfer to employee ownership and demonstrate our ‘business as usual’ ethos. All staff and directors showed a great team spirit throughout the day which was enjoyed by all.
