Considerate Constructors Scheme National Awards 2015

April 16, 2015 - News

For the sixth year running, we have been recognized as one of the most considerate building contractors in the country, and we are delighted to announce that three our projects have won National Awards in the Considerate Constructors Awards 2015.

At a ceremony held on 16th April 2015, we were presented with three Bronze awards for our projects: Jubilee House, Lytham, Whitefield Infant School & Nursery, Nelson, and The Hub at Preston’s College, for showing the highest levels of consideration towards the general public, the workforce and the environment through adhering to the Scheme’s five-point code of considerate practice.

Our contribution at Jubilee House involved supporting a local group of volunteers “Friends of the Estuary”, to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for the community; creation of a war memorial for the “Lytham in Bloom” festival and arranging site visits and presentations for students at a local college.

We are fully committed to the Considerate Constructors Scheme, improving the image of the construction industry and showing consideration to the general public as well as improving the working environment for our site staff and the staff of our sub-contractors, securing the safety of everybody involved and caring for the environment.
