The refurbishment and extension of St Elphin’s Primary in Warrington has now started.  Conlon completed the current building, on Farrell Street, which was opened four years ago. But due to a rise in demand, a new classroom extension, additional car parking and refurbishment is now required and will be complete for December 2013.
