A £2m new build 6 classroom block and part refurbishment of St Philips Primary was completed on 4th November 2013 turning the school into a 2-Form entry primary school. Another successful educational project delivered through the Wigan Council Partnering Framework.
Mike Scott, Architect at NPS NW Ltd, said,
It is rare in these times of fast-track timescales and diminishing budgets, to complete a project on time and within costs, but both have been achieved by Conlon Construction at St Philips Primary.
