We have been selected by Manchester Metropolitan University to deliver their Grosvenor Lifecycle Refurbishment project, procured through the North West Construction Hub High Value framework.
The £8m scheme is due to commence on site in early Summer 2022 following the decant of the adjacent Cavendish Building to create temporary accommodation for the School of Art whilst refurbishment takes place.
Commercial Director, Darren Lee said:
This will be our second project in succession for MMU, having recently completed the adjacent Ormond Building. We are absolutely delighted to be working with MMU’s Estates Team once again and look forward to delivering another excellent project.
